Tuition and Registration Fees

Tuition: Tuition is paid on a monthly basis.

Registration Fee: A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee per student, maximum ($50.00 per family), is due at the time of registration.

Tuition Late Fee: Tuition is due at the time of the 1st lesson of the month, no later than the 9th. After that time, a $15.00 late fee will be charged on all accounts past due. Statements are available online, and late notices are sent by email.

Pro-Rated Months: August and June, or the month you start class, are the only prorated months of tuition. Whether the month is short (2-3 weeks) or long (5 weeks), tuition remains the same. The tuition is based on an average of four lessons per month. Care is taken to ensure that all dancers get the correct number of lessons over the 10-month period.

Methods of Payment: Extravadance & Tumble accepts personal checks, credit cards, debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), online payments, and cash. We do not have an automatic draft, but you may pay online through your account by logging on and using your credit or debit card. Your account is password-protected, so you may store your information and use it each month.

Notice of Withdrawal: Please email your notice to withdraw from class. We would appreciate a two-week notice, but you are financially liable for just the month you withdraw. Deposits or payments for costumes and registration fees will not be refunded.

Deposits and Fees: Costume deposits, costume balance payments, and registration fees are non-refundable.

Inclement Weather Policy – Extravadance & Tumble does not always close with the county schools for bad weather, but when we do close, we make up those days when bad weather is less likely to occur – usually closer to recital. We inform everyone by email and on the app.
